Nothing is more important than a hard work ethic and while testosterone boosters can help you, without a good knowledge of nutrition and proper form they won't do you much good. Hard work, a good diet and a bit of knowledge is your best friend when it comes to getting in shape. 

Your body repairs itself while you sleep so getting at least 8 hours is always a good idea.
